My husband and I (Eddie) ran a load. TQL agreed to a $1000 price to return to the shipper then they refuse to pay us. We have the rate con. Their shippers will also now get a 1 star review.
TQL is the worst. The people who answer the calls for load booking is nasty and rude. Also, they owe me detention charges for 13hours and continue to deny it. The day the issue happen the broker called my phone non stop, thanking me for my efforts. He lied and said he was not at home and that he would send me a new RC with detention charges. After I dropped the load off at another location (not the original) he stopped answering my calls and text, just ghosted me. Lesson learned the hard way but they wont trick me again.
