I have been in the transportation industry since 2020 TQL has got to be one of the worst brokers I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I got 2 loads this week from TQL received rate conformation and everything. First load they said customer now wants a Conestoga trailer which is fine that happens but the second load I dead head almost 4 hours away to make this pickup in Indiana. Terrible interview process. I interviewed the first time over the phone got an email that they’re moving forward with other candidates. Few weeks pass and another job posting pops up again , I decide why not apply And retry my interview but immediately got a email stating they’re moving forward with other candidates again.
