I have been in the transportation industry since 2020 TQL has got to be one of the worst brokers I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I got 2 loads this week from TQL received rate conformation and everything. First load they said customer now wants a Conestoga trailer which is fine that happens but the second load I dead head almost 4 hours away to make this pickup in Indiana. Can any of you agents explain this bull crap? Is very disrespectful for carriers.
After working with them for two years I never cancelled their load one one day agent in Mexico told me I need to send them new COI again which I did I don’t know what the hell he do now they said I not work with them they don’t tell you what is Issue if something I fix carrier team is so fed up like they don’t want to talk to you. They just hang up phone.
professionalism the brokers need to check over there loads with opening and closing times at warehouses there sending you too this happened a few times to us arrive and there closed you must double check behind this company before signing contract then they will put you at fault 👎
