TQL has exceptional staff. Smooth process from start to finish. I enjoy carrying for TQL.
Brokers who work for tql do not care about safety of the drivers or call when in emergency situations. 4 days now and Brennan refuses to call and fix his load with me stuck in an unfamiliar area. Tql was no help my situation. Brokers aren’t needed in the trucking industry. Brokers are lazy cowards with soft hands who steal from the working class
TQL is pretty decent as far as rates & loads. They have alot of loads according to your area. I found out about them through DAT. I would have rated them higher but the other reviews are correct about DETENTION TIME. NO USE to even try to get DETENTION. TQL does not go by APPOINTMENT TIME for DETENTION they go by DOCK TIME for DETENTION. YES you heard me right. THEY don't go by APPOINTMENT TIME for DETENTION, they go by DOCK TIME.
