Terrible company that will not stop bothering me to try to get my business back. I stopped using them over a decade ago once I realized how big of a rip off they are and still 10 years later they bombard my email accounts every time they have a new employee- which also shows how high their turnover is
TQL used to be a great company to work with, but my recent experience has been very disappointing. It seems the company is being managed very differently now, and unfortunately the focus appears to be on taking money from carriers rather than building long-term relationships. I delivered a load in March 2026, and as of July 2026 I was still waiting to be paid. A few days ago, I received a call from a representative stating that TQL intended to charge me for alleged tire damage because the trailer leasing company billed them.... read more
