Don't book loads with this broker, Joseph Bergeron, for Kosciusko, MS. They are handling steel beam shipments poorly and are not taking care of the carriers. They do not call their customers to verify the delivery appointment, and after wasting your day, they are not willing to pay you for the lost time. Be sure to check the RC before signing it.

This company pays terrible rates they also created a false claim against my company without verifying with the receiver for $500 everyone I spoke to was extremely rude

Had a load booked for almost a day and I confirmed pickup paperwork and they canceled!! They suck

How can a company red flag me and I’ve never done a load.One guy told me to respond to a email with my driver license and a picture with DOT # on truck.He never sent the email.When trying to call back I was told they wouldn’t work with me.When I asked the reason they said they can’t share that information just know they will never work with me.I haven’t ran any loads nor have any violations on my record this place was beyond rude to me😭
