I’ve never heard of TQL until today when I tracked my stolen AirPods to their San Antonio location with the police due to a former employee they had bringing my property into their building. It’s unclear how an employee who hasn’t worked at the building in 5 months still had access, but it WAS clear that they were unwilling to help. Tracked a stolen item to the Total quality logistics building however, they were very uncooperative acting as if I were the thief.
Liars, aggressive and agreed with all negative comments
Pulled a load for them. They Suck. Excessive phone calls to driver. Over bearing obnoxious attitude on phone. Contact on phone was a verbal headache. I would not recommend!
