If I could leave no stars I would. They brokered a company that was not qualified to transport equipment for us from Chicago to Orlando. TQL threatened the driver to get to us on time or risk being paid, so the driver abandoned the leased truck in Chicago. When the truck was found it was empty. TQL did nothing to help us recover our assets, and denied us the insurance to cover the stolen equipment. Talking to the dispatchers is terrible. They're rude, they put you on hold, then hang up, and they want to pay less than $1 per mile. I don't understand why they're not up to date with diesel prices. They don't understand all the work involved in haulin a load, not to mention paying insurance and equipment fees. Oh my goodness, the work you do is important, and the work of us who carry your loads is also important. It's not easy being on the road. It would be great if they were fair..☹️
We had a disappointing experience with Christian Redden. He assigned us a delivery knowing that our company was not registered with eModal, which is required for access to the Baltimore port. Redden was eager to give us the load, which put us at risk of not being able to deliver the load without being registered. He only blamed driver that should've listed no one at the port, and should've exit the port, once he left the port once he could not enter it again as the company do not have SCAC code and couldn't register for emod... read more
Definitely don't move loads to TQL, they are the worst, abusive cheaters.
We had a disappointing experience with Christian Redden. He assigned us a delivery knowing that our company was not registered with eModal, which is required for access to the terminal. They also did not acknowledged us that the driver could only get access once without registration - yet still gave us the load without ensuring the issue was resolved.
