If you don’t accept the load at the price they give you they star telling you that you must have made 10 loads in the last few months.that’s ridiculous!!TQL doesn’t know how to negotiate load’s prices.Drivers say NO to cheap loads!! MAKE YOUR WORK COUNT!!
Never haul with this broker. Driving more than 200 hundred miles for two facilities. Load was canceled after 4 hours and nor even received a TONU
A great broker, but they don't mind harming any carrier. The shipper didn't insure the load, and then TQL had to pay another company to fix everything and make deliveries. Now, the shipper simply deducted that money without offering proof of load secured, regardless of our arguments. They'll always lean toward their clients or shippers; they'd rather lose a good carrier than a client, no matter how bad.
Worked with this broker from Wednesday through Friday night. We committed to their load expecting fair compensation, but after delivery, we were left with no reload opportunities the entire weekend. Ended up sitting with an empty truck, losing time and revenue — and to top it off, the pay was way below industry standard for the miles and time involved. Had to cancel two decent-paying loads because of this. Zero support after delivery, and not worth the hassle. Be cautious working with them.
This company is cheating. They damaged my vehicle. Don't trust this company at all. I gave them 1 star because there was no zero option available. They caused damage to my vehicle, where the repair cost me over 3000 dollars.
