If I could give less stars, I would we ran a load for them from California to Massachusetts. It was a spinach load delivered the load within timeframe four days later they came back and said the load was rejected, and they held the Payment on the load as well as payment on another load that had nothing to do with this load in total they are holding thousands of dollars from us with very poor communication and no documents to prove that the load was damaged. The definition of unscrupulous. Their company culture is money over everything. You can always expect " surprises" when working with them. The worst broker i have ever dealt with.
You can block them, you can yell at them, you can curse at them, they never stop calling and harassing you. Voice mail after voice mail. I would never go with the company just because they have no respect for time or money. Wasting my time leaving me voicemails. Taking me from my job. GFYS
I have not had a bad experience that was out of the norm for trucking with TQL.
