I picked up a load out of Erie, Pa to Windsor On. I picked up on time. I delivered to the address on the BOL no one was there to receive me. TQL made me wait 2 1/2 hours Then told me to go to a different address I asked for compensation he found all kinds of excuse not to pay me. Lesson learned don’t trust these people. if I could, I would give them -5 star.
This is a solid company to work for. It just wasn’t a good fit for me, personally. But management is nice and will train you if you ask for the help. The clear con is that you can easily work 50-60 hours a week because it’s trucking and an industry that is going 24/7 that’s just the nature of the business. So just be prepared to get burned out quick and bring lots of caffeine.
It's a really good work environment here. It didn't work out for me because the schedule was way too much for me but I loved my time here! Really good co workers and managers, you can get a lot of help and motivation when things aren't going your way.
