TQL is the worst logistical company in the industry!! Every time my company has done a load with them, It has always been a problem That usually cost me money! For instance, The shipper did not have the product ready for me to pick up Yesterday, Sitting there for hours while they were welding parts together and painting it. Have told this company that we don't decide on carrier but they still call us 15 to 20 times a week, do not use if you don't want to get bombarded with phone calls.

I picked up a load out of Erie, Pa to Windsor On. I picked up on time. I delivered to the address on the BOL no one was there to receive me. TQL made me wait 2 1/2 hours Then told me to go to a different address I asked for compensation he found all kinds of excuse not to pay me. Lesson learned don’t trust these people. if I could, I would give them -5 star.

This is a solid company to work for. It just wasn’t a good fit for me, personally. But management is nice and will train you if you ask for the help. The clear con is that you can easily work 50-60 hours a week because it’s trucking and an industry that is going 24/7 that’s just the nature of the business. So just be prepared to get burned out quick and bring lots of caffeine.
