I have been in the transportation industry since 2020 TQL has got to be one of the worst brokers I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I got 2 loads this week from TQL received rate conformation and everything. First load they said customer now wants a Conestoga trailer which is fine that happens but the second load I dead head almost 4 hours away to make this pickup in Indiana. This is the worst company ever!!! I don't recommend working with them to anyone! They cheat and disrespect carriers! I will never take loads from them again! Their employees are incompetent; they can't even provide the correct pickup number right away, and when they finally send a number, it's either incorrect or the digits are mixed up. In short, we're waiting for the correct number...

TQL has generally been great to work with. I have been in logistics since 2018 with my former husband, but this year I opened my own company. Because I had many broker contacts from my previous company, I didn’t have as much trouble booking loads as I did back in 2018. To be honest, when I look at the load board, I first check if there is a TQL load that fits our needs. Once I book a load, they don't call me every hour for updates; they contact the driver directly, which I think is great, as it gives me more time to look for... read more
