Their business practices are among the most problematic I've encountered in the transportation industry. Their brokers consistently engage in deceptive practices that harm carriers and undermine industry standards. The company's problems run deep. Deadhead 400 miles to pickup load , was never notified by TQL prior to reaching the shipper that load was not ready .Reported to TQL while at shipper that shipper only had one paper roll ready and didn’t know when the rest would be ready . I was told they would get back to me , received no further response from TQL regarding the issue..Request mileage pay for deadhead and time lost ..TONU .No response from TQL …DRIVERS BEWARE BAD ACTORS
