I've pulled hundreds of loads for tql and almost always they were great until last week. Agent Alex Kalosky out of Tampa is a damn joke...book a load with him on fri the 15th he says when get loaded he will set up a del appt on sat or sun my choice I told him sat.. when I got loaded he wouldn't answer phone and got to destination on sat no apot set...on Monday finally got delivered after losing a $5000 load..he said was sposed to del on the 15th not 16th and he wasn't paying any detention...wipes like that makes me wanna nev... read more

Worst logistics co EVER!!! Wish I could have rated this company a ZERO!!!! The rudest customer sales operations. I’ve owned several businesses in my extensive career and would NEVER consider doing business this company!!! Definitely not the first looking at their reviews!! I hope the owners see how embarrassing this is!!!!!!
