The dumbest thing anyone can come up with is hauling every load in continuous mode. It doesn’t matter what’s in your reefer—bread, vegetables, rebar, or even tractors. This broker clearly doesn’t care about the environment or drivers’ fuel costs. That’s why I always run my reefer in start-stop mode (unless the load has a temperature recorder), regardless of this broker’s requirements.

Why are you guys disrespectful to carriers. Why the double face after delivery you guys show bad attitude but before booking u so nice. What a shameful company u are.
I booked my first load with TQL with a broker named Jacob Hilen. He lied to me about the dimensions of the load. I drove 60 something miles deadhead to pick up the load. When I got to the shipper the dimensions were different. The load was like 10 1/2 feet tall. So I called Jacob Hilen (tql broker) and told him that the dimensions of the load was different than what we agreed on and that me pulling a load from California to Florida for the price we agreed on wasn’t a good business decision on my part.
