I informed you that reviews aren't my thing but yet this was sent to me at 530am today. So this is my experience.Terrible. Would have went way over agreed upon price if I didn't take over job. Then at end with huge bill. No numbers to back it up. Owner wouldn't take any calls or respond to text last 3 weeks of me finishing project. Was told one thing contract reads different than what I was sold on verbally. Tried to double bill me on rough framing that was done with wrong sub flooring that I had to tear out and fix. Beautiful job. Total quality did an excellent job in redoing our basement, one of our bedrooms, carpeting, and miscellaneous other things throughout the house. They are responsive and efficient. We loved the process and their professionalism.
Very impressed! I’m no stranger to construction companies and DIY but these people set the bar high! At the final walk through of my complete kitchen update they pointed out the tiniest things they wanted fixed. Things I didn’t even notice. But their standard is top notch so they plan to fix them at the next check up. Instead of just slapping a warranty on their work, they actually follow up and make sure you’re happy. Multiple times!
