Did not fix my computer after 2 visits I took my computer to TQCI when we were having problems with it shutting down on its own. The tech who looked at it found a virus on it and removed it and added a spyware program and called to tell us it was ready for pick up. After picking it up and plugging it back in with in 5 minutes was having the same issue. We called and they told us to bring it back.
