My daughter, who is a competitive dancer, has been getting personal training from Alex since summer. She really sees the benefits with a stronger core and reports her jumps and her movements are stronger and more fluid. I would recommend total pursuit athletics to any athlete, looking to improve their core strength and improve their overall performance.
This gym is fantastic. The coaches are excellent and the community is incredibly positive. You will see results if you put in the work.

This facility is top notch. They are very welcoming and accommodating. As a newbie in Hyrox, I felt like I fit in right from the start. I learned a great deal and felt supported from day one. I would highly recommend TPA to anyone/everyone.
