TPA/CrossFit is an amazing place that has one of the best owners I have experienced in my 12+ years of doing CrossFit. I found the box/gym because my high school friend took me to his gym while I was back in town and have been joining him and his family for the past 2 years when I go back to where we grew up. The space reeks of nostalgic CF gyms and that makes me yearn for the days when it wasn't as corporate as some places have become. I started training at TPA in April with a goal of competing in my first Hyrox competition next March.. I absolutely love what i’m learning .. as a runner and a weight lifter .. the combination of both definitely takes training and I am at the perfect place to get me to that competition. The coaches are amazing and the environment is so encouraging and positive. I love it at TPA and excited for this new journey I am on!!!
TPA is the most welcoming gym. From day 1 I felt comfortable there. Coach's are so knowledgeable and helpful. So glad I found a great community!
