From the very start, Carlos was very responsive. He was informative and consultative throughout the entire process. We had significant drainage issues in our backyard along with the start of minimal flooding in our basement. Carlos immediately made himself available to review the issue on site. I can't say enough good things about the work that Total Property Services did for us. Our house is built on a slab foundation, no basement. We had a slight slope on our property that led to a water flow/drainage issue that got worse after a renovation a few years ago.
