Justin and Yvonne are absolutely top-notch! They are very attentive to anything we need. They keep our pool shining. Best pool company we’ve worked with. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Justin and his wife are wonderful local Loudoun County, VA business owners. It is fair to say that I am not the easiest of customers to please. Their team is courteous and professional in every respect. They have been managing the care of our family pool for 8 years now and I trust their knowledge and advice. I never cease to be amazed at the superior service and support that we receive from the folks at Total Pools. From the initial "pool school" for pool owner newbies, to annual pool opening/closing, to water testing and advice for keeping the water balanced and the prompt/professional handling of the occasional filter/pump/heater emergency that only seems to occur when expecting 15 guests over for a weekend pool party. Total Pools has been nothing but helpful the entire time I've used their services. Whether they're coming out to do maintenance or giving recommendations and friendly advice, I couldn't imagine another company providing better care for my pool. I love that they are also local and genuinely car about the wellbeing of my pool & don't just treat me as another stop on their list. Big thank you to Roger, Justin and the entire Total Pools crew!
Fantastic! These guys are great! They are friendly and unbelievably responsive to your needs. I cannot imagine what I would have done if I had my maintenance with someone outside of this area! I have had so many last minute urgent requests and they have always showed up in a timely manner and performed their task competently. They care about their customer's satisfaction and go all the way to earn that. I highly recommend them!
