Yvonne and the team at Total Pool and Service are absolutely INCREDIBLE! I’ve been getting chemicals, advice and service from them for the past 5 years. They have helped me with countless new pool owner questions and are always extremely patient! I cannot express enough my disappointment in their opening service. For the price (flat rate of $525), I got 45 minutes of their time. They turned the pool on, put in the outlets, vacuumed once, and added one qt of algaecide. Their instructions were to clean the filter cartridge in 24 hours and bring the water in for testing. I brought the water in and they charged me an additional $150 for chemicals one day after "opening." And they couldn't even come back to clean the cartridge filter themselves. Total Pools called at 6:30 on a Friday evening and said…you asked if we could find a window to open your pool. We haven’t found one, but we are coming tonight to get you sorted! I mean…WOW!!! As usual, I called in May to open my pool and all the slots were taken! I never have my act together. Total Pools went above and beyond to help us out and get the kids in the pool! Thank you thank you! Amazing customer service! I promise to call earlier next year!
Justin and his wife are wonderful local Loudoun County, VA business owners. It is fair to say that I am not the easiest of customers to please. Their team is courteous and professional in every respect. They have been managing the care of our family pool for 8 years now and I trust their knowledge and advice.
