Timely response to urgent service request, work was completed and recommendations for improvements made. Very personable, will be using Total Pool Care in the spring for opening and salt water conversion.

Jim came SAME day to fix our skimmers, every other company told me 3-4weeks wait because it’s the busy season for openings - got us up and running again.
Jim was very professional, available and most important reliable. Opened our pool with another company that failed to ensure everything was working properly. We discovered a few days later that heater was turning on and off. Called Jim from Total Pool Care; said he would come in 2-3 hours, (after work hours). Came earlier, checked everything patiently for a long time until finding the issue; said he would get the part the next day before 12pm.
