I want to say that TJ, one of the pool repair staff, is professional and delightful to work with. While at my home to repair the pool heater he took time to explain the problem, the process of the repair and answered any questions I had. Thanks to TJ we can use our spa.
Total Pool has been my service company for over 10 years. I have 3 pools in woodlands spring area. Totals manager jonathan goes the extra mile to make sure all service needs are meant 100% . I've used several companies over the years and 100% recommend TOTAL Pool services for all pool services and equipment!
Have been using Total Pool Care for almost a year now. I have no issues with their service. The techs are very knowledgable and I am more than satisfied with the weekly cleanings. Responses are quick, the staff is very pleasant, and the rates are unbeatable! I would recommend them to anyone.
No customer service. They broke my pool equipment on Friday afternoon and just left a note that we should call their office--even though we were at home. We called and left a message and wrote an email. The owner said to let him know if we want someone to come out on Monday. We couldn't even run the filter in July--and were planning a pool party the next day. My husband had to spend two hours getting the part and fixing it himself. The owner never followed up.
