The worst experience ever! After waiting for over an HOUR after getting my vitals taken with only 2 people in the waiting room besides myself. Not only did I wait all that time but the PA barely gave me an exam (I work in the medical field I am aware of what an exam consist of) then forgot to send one of the 2 medications to the pharmacy and after all that I wasn’t even treated for the correct thing. So now I have to spend more money going to another doctor to get prescribed the correct medicine for the correct diagnosis.
I’m very disappointed with our recent visit. We’re from out of town, and my son was having issues with his asthma. The nurse practitioner did very little — she listened to his lungs and sent in a prescription for inhalers. I asked if he could receive a breathing treatment, and she told me they don’t have those available. This was extremely frustrating, especially since your website specifically states that you treat patients with asthma. Mark is an exceptional provider. Each time I've had to bring my children or myself to be seen, he has gone above and beyond to be thorough and kind and make us laugh.
By far the best care I've ever received. Dr. Davis and Amelia were fantastic. After a horrendous visit to cox hospital last night my husband called them this morning and they told us to come in. They were incredibly thorough, well educated, super nice and attentive, validating and just all around amazing. Dr Davis was so kind, helping my mom get an X-ray while we were on vacation today. He was so sweet and even helped walk her to the car. Top notch service and gave us advice where to get proper orthopedic care even when that wasn't his specialty. He and his staff (can't remember the sweet woman's name, maybe Amelia?) helped call around for a walking boot.
