Great team, the staff is so amazing and sweet here. Shout out to the Registration lady Thuy, she made me feel so welcomed. My doctor Joseph was very understanding in what was going on with me. Paul my nurse was the sweetest. My lab tech Shonna made me feel calm during my tests. Was nervous but she made me feel save. Thanks TP teams, you guys rock!!!!!
I had the BEST experience at Total Point Emergency Center in Conroe! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with top-tier care and genuine compassion. Roxy at registration was warm and welcoming, setting the tone for the entire visit.
