BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY and their new name, PLUMB PROS LLC. Back in January when they went by the name Total Plumbing Solutions, LLC their tech, GERARDO, stated my upstairs bathroom flange was broken and was causing a major leak. They replaced the flange seal during the first visit. Sadly, the tech did not use anything to confirm his findings, only a cellphone light. I do not recommend this company at all. Total Plumbing Solutions was assigned by my home warranty company as the technician to diagnose a broken water heater in our home. Given they ultimately did NOT perform work in my home, my chief complaints are with the lack of professionalism and poor communications with me once they were assigned. Days passed after they were assigned with no action, they never initiated communications and waited for me to reach them, and then 5 days passed after they eventually came out before they ev... read more
