I had Salim come in and help me with my air conditioner. He educated me in terms I could understand about my air conditioner. He was a very patient and pleasant young man. I would totally have Total Plumbing come into my home again. If there were 50 stars up there he would get them all. Thank you Salim.
I wish I could choose no stars. Or maybe negative stars. 1. After providing a complete description of our issue and the part needed, and being assured that they had all parts necessary to fix anything wrong with my hot water heater (and then being billed for time and mileage for them to make an out-of-area call), they did not bring the part, nor did they have it in stock, and actually made the issue worse during their inspection. 2.
