Great bunch of blokes, the only merchants that I have a relationship with , I can walk in and feel like im a part of the family, they are so helpful and friendly. I’ve visited the Barry store recently as I’ve had various needs for sourcing both plumbing & DIY materials & the Barry store has a good selection of parts & materials all on the same site. All the sales assistants I’ve spoken to have been super helpful & polite, but I must give a special shout out to Gareth who went to no end of trouble explaining what parts I needed for a plumbing job I was doing. Went in for a part that turned out to be non-std but the guys helped me ID the part and gave me contact details for the manufacturer, who then sent what I needed next day. Great service and will recommend to others.
Just had the pleasure of dealing with Lewis at Total Plumbing in Talbot Green. Have to say the service was excellent.! Lewis helped me resolve an issue with a missing part for a new boiler, even though I hadn’t bought the boiler with them. He went above and beyond in sourcing the part for me. I would be without any heating this evening if he hadn’t been so helpful. Thank you Lewis, I’m very grateful for your help.!
