I have visited 3 times and every time the staff have been able to help me, sometimes even directing me to another store with a product code to help me out when they do not have the part I need. When I have then returned home to use what I have bought it has always worked. Very pleased with the customer service so far. Thank you so much.

Excellent service, pleasant, polite staff and above all the part I bought fixed my lingering boiler problem. Reasonable prices too!
Staff and products were fine. Don't believe the reward points rubbish. They move the goal posts on you. I spent 8 grand in store and they kept changing the reason why I wasn't entitled to the galaxy tablet even though they had already sent me an email saying it would be with me in a month. When it didn't turn up they said they had made a mistake, then they said that I bought it online and that didn't count. I had bought it all in store so when I told them this they changed the story again. Liers and cheats.
Always a joy going to see them! Corey is amazing and patient with me.
