I would give this benefit provider zero stars if I could. Every time I go to the doctor for anything besides a routine checkup, I know I will have an argument waiting for me when I get my benefits statement because the appointment was either billed on the wrong plan, payments not sent in a timely manner to the provider, or as in one time, the payments were sent to the wrong address for a year.. all the while my doctors office was sending me demands for me to pay instead even though it was a covered service. Really quality claims administration. Every time I've ever had to call TPS, it's easy to get to a person, and they explain claims clearly. You can also count on the admin at TPS to remember who you are and what they last spoke to you about. Can't recommend TPS enough.
