Total Physical Therapy is the best place to go to for any kind of physical/fitness need whether you are an athlete or not at all. Chris introduced me to Kaatsu, a Japanese blood flow moderation exercise to help me reach my goals to be prepared for the police academy and it quickly has done wonders for my strength. Chris is extremely intelligent and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. His Stockholm location is an easy, hassle-free drive on Route 23 no matter where you’re coming from. Book a screening right now!!!

I have been going to Chris for roughly five years on and off for all my PT needs. He has saved me from surgeries using his skills and insight. The old saying about PT is you get out of it as much as what you put init, with Chris this factor doubles.

If you want to live your life without pain and medications, this is the BEST Way to do it. Chris truly cares for his patients and thrives to remove their pain. He gets you moving again pain free!!!! Post surgery, knees, elbows, neck, back etc; you name it. I came to him after a car accident with neck and back pain and Chris did wonders.
