Our family switched to Price Pharmacy in China Grove due to some issues with a chain pharmacy. Price has been nothing short of amazing! We are so thankful that we made the switch they made it so easy. The customer service is top notch, and I actually feel safe with them handling our medications!

I picked up a prescription for my wife and was told it would be $117.00. She gets it every month and the cost has been around $30. She finally got the price down to $47. And quoted a Goodrx price of $80.00. This lady was very rude when I ask why the price had went up so much. She then said "Take it or leave it". Very rude. I did a price check when I got home and got a price of $28.00. This was at the Save-On at Albertson in Grants Pass
Several years ago I was bitten by a dog pretty badly. After gonging to the emergency clinic I went to Ward's Pharmacy in Ellisville, MS because it was close to the clinic as well as my home. I really felt bad and wanted to get my prescription and get home. I gave the prescription to someone at the counter. After I waiting about 15 minutes someone came out and told me that they did not have time to fill my prescription and it would be the next morning before I could pick it up. I too have been doing business here for over thirty years. To be kind, it is not the same as it used to be. There are more mistakes, more misunderstandings, and general confusion than ever before. It is convenient nearby, and most of the time things go right; but it is not the same.
This is the biggest joke of a pharmacy I have ever seen I have always used Walgreens and they closed in my town so I transferred to family drugcenter in coeburn and have had nothing but problems they have given me the wrong pills in my bottle which had the correct label on it they have been extremely rude with me and my wife as well as my dr called me in a prescription for my cholesterol meds for 90 pills they filled 30 and bottle says no refills so I call today to ask about it the lady there that answered the phone was extr... read more
Gary Zakens First time customers, great customer service and great family oriented pharmacy, I will take all my business there in the future.
I have been using this pharmacy for a long time now. It is the best pharmacy in the Rio grande valley. The staff is incredible. Always attentive to any need, and available for any questions or concerns. They are quick and make every experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this pharmacy ☺️
