So unprofessional and does NOT communicate to set up ongoing appointments and if you have an issue with them they swear at you in your own residence. Offers nothing in resolution only exacerbates the situation. Would not recommend for rodent issues or if your landlord hires them if you are wanting an efficient solution.
Called on a Friday, told I would have someone here on Tuesday to remove skunk and to spray house . Nobody showed up. Very disappointed
I had a horrible experience, it's unfortunate that there are not many other options in the area but I will not be using their services again
