I waited over a month to write this review and I’ll explain why. I have an ‘07 Chevy with 43k miles, the a/c wasn’t working so I made an appointment and dropped it off around 8am, didn’t receive a call until 4:30pm telling me the car was ready and I had a half hour to pick it up,No call telling me what was wrong or how much all day. I asked what was wrong with it and how much. The receptionist said cash or charge? I asked why? She said you get a better price with cash. 2009 Mazda CX-7, near death. Muffler rusted out and severed at the rear. Replacing that muffler would be many thousands of dollars because it stretches the full length of the car. I brought it to Joe, Dr. Joe early one morning & explained that the car is in bad shape but I need to keep it going a bit longer. Joe runs a good shop here. There are about 7 mechanic shops closer to me in my neighborhood but I always choose to go to this one because these guys have over 20 years of experience AND THEY DON'T TRY TO ROB ME for stupid, silly shit. If you're going anywhere else, you're making a mistake. They got a great team running this place. They don't play games, keep it real, and truly care about their customers and their vehicles. He's got loyal clients for decades, and I'll be coming here until the end of time.
