I am extremely disappointed with the service and, most importantly, the level of professionalism this company provided. First, we had an appointment scheduled for an estimate on a specific day and at a specific time. I made sure to keep myself available for that appointment. However, on the same day, the estimator called me and asked to move the appointment to an earlier time because he had other things to take care of later that day. Just feeling informative
We had Total Paving and Brick replace our driveway and add pavers along the side of the driveway and leading up to our front door. Erik Lopez was our point of contact and was great to work with in deciding on design and choice of pavers. All the crews were friendly, efficient and did a great job, especially Salvador and his brick team. We are very pleased with the outcome of the project and to quote my neighbor "It's beautiful."
We continue to have great experiences with Total Paving. The office staff is fantastic and the work done is high quality.
