Kamps Pallets Inc, immediately gave me a dock door as soon as I arrived and forgot about what to do next, until I have to recheck in with the manager after spending 4 hours on the dock. One of the worst facilities ever.
Hello please understand that if I was fully loaded I would gladly take the load and deliver it. Sadly when I went inside the office to talk to the guy he told me that their drivers go first and I was supposed to wait. (Trailer still empty) I waited two hours and nothing happened. I told him that I was not able to make on time delivery and to please don’t load my trailer but instead they proceeded to load the trailer as of trying to fix a wrong I asked them to stop loading because appointment was already missed and they did. ... read more
