Dr. Cook is a wonderful doctor. Has a wonderful bedside manner & is genuinely concerned about my health. I read some of the reviews on here about the doctors, nurses & staff. When someone seems to be snappy with me I try with a little kindness, even though I may feel bad. They're under a lot of stress too. Just a kind word can change the whole conversation.
Dr. Cook is awesome. He works with you to try and relieve your pain. As much as possible. Thanks Dr. Cooks
Very rude receptionist
This place is a complete fraud. I had a bad experience with the doctor there and was asked to self-terminate because I refused to see that doctor again. Unless you’re an old black lady they don’t have any help for you. After having a 10 o’clock appointment at 5 o’clock that afternoon, I was left on hold to speak with the nurse because I still had not received my prescription from that doctor that day.
