I had the S.M.A.R.T exterior package with ceramic coating. My paint is one of those tri coat pearl with metallic and I never knew it could look that deep! It's super smooth to the touch and just glimmers in the sun. Even better, it was ready in a matter of hours.
I contacted Total Package Detailers, and spoke to Matt. I made an appointment to have the Van inspected. After the inspection, Matt explained how & what they were going to do to resolve the problem. A day later the Van went in for repairs! The next day, I received a text stating that the repairs were completed! Fantastic! Matt and his crew did the best job I could ever hope for. Mustang Sally looks better than when I bought her. First show since the detailing and she wins! Tons of comments on her shine and glow. Highly recommend! All my other cars are going into Total Package Detailing one at a time now.
Matt did and excellent job with my Dark Horse. I was very impressed by his attention to detail. He gave me a quick demo on my truck and educated me on the process. I have since been back for my yearly detail and he gives it a once over and fixed some paint chips. Couldn't be happier. Great service.
The service seemed a little pricey to me at first but then you get what you pay for. Matt & company did an excellent job. The car is 23 years old, a classic, and it now looks GREAT! And, with the new ceramic coating, I don’t have to wax it anymore. Even the windows shine. The service is professional and personal. What he claims is what he does.
