Bought orthotics from a trade show. Great sales pitch however Karen will not provide you with correct documentation to be able to claim these on your extended health care benefits. After reaching out to her to ask for a proper receipt she would not send me a receipt with the required information. Very bad customer service! Out $650 dollars. Wish I would’ve gone to a different provider. Beware of this trade show provider!
