I think they’re doing well!
Poor experience since day one. Juan (tech) delivered insoles without trying them. My son was in pain. Our Doctor was shocked with the poor quality of the insoles. We went back for a remake by Miguel (tech), Insoles were delivered by receptionist at front desk without trying them or anything. My wife took it upon herself to try them before leaving. This place provides poor quality care or maybe just lack of care by staff.

my son has bean with this company for over a year. Since day one the receptionist is rude. Very unfriendly. Every time I walk in the office I stand at front desk & wait for her to ask if I need help. She rudely says can I help you. She's not very caring of who comes in. I definitely think the company can improve their customer service.
