I originally went to the Massapequa location where they informed me there was a long wait. She stated that Syosset currently had no wait and when I went there she was correct. I was helped quickly and politely and in the room only briefly after arriving. The Dr took a look and ordered X-rays whch were again prompt. After looking at the X-rays and explaining some issues with me a more thorough exam was performed and manipulation of the knee area. I had such an excellent experience with PA Saverio Cianciotta. He was friendly, easy to talk to and immediately made me feel comfortable. Even though it was late in the day on a holiday weekend, he created a reassuring atmosphere from the start, which I truly appreciated. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt listened to throughout the visit. He was professional, thorough, and genuinely made my visit to Total Orthopedics a very positive one.
