I must say Anna Mixon is one fabulous nutritionist! I didn’t know what to expect when I walked into TNT three months ago but I have been amazingly surprised. Anna is super knowledgeable, non-judgmental, encouraging and easy to follow as she explains nutrition and the “why” of clean eating. She provides recipes, meal plans and exercise goals that are easily attainable and not overwhelming. I truly enjoy my weekly meetings with her and the best part is my insurance covers the entire program! Thank you, Anna!

I absolutely love Anna. She is positive and individualizes her coaching. She shares recipes and explains things in simple ways that are understandable. She helps you identify goals and set realistic steps.

Was told my insurance covered 100%. 3 visits later was hit with a bill over $400. Two weeks later they charged my card on file, after I was told my card was taken off file.

Anna is so great! I love having the ability to meet with someone that gives me all of the tools and knowledge to be my best self. I’m already seeing progress as a result of my diet, and gym routine that was provided as a part of our sessions. Not enough great things to say!

I've been working with Anna Mixon for almost 3 months now and have clearly experienced positive changes in the way that I feel, more specifically my increased energy level throughout the day. As well, I no longer feel the constant bloating which I previously had for a long time.
