thanks, TNT – If you are unhappy with where you are in your life right now related to health and wellness, nutrition, fitness...then do what you need to do to change it. I did. I signed up with TNT and started physical training and am now fitter than I was as a teenager. My body fat percentage has dropped significantly, I've lost weight, gained muscle and energy, and am impressed and proud at how physically and mentally strong I am now. Endurance Athlete's Triathlon Racing Success – I have been doing competitive triathlons since 1999 in the NC series. Over the winter of 2005-2006 I fell out of shape and gained several extra pounds. Total Nutrition really cares! – i have struggled with weight loss for years and years.....i have tried all the fad diets out there and nothing ever seemed to have a lasting affect.
