I placed a $169 dollar order 3/30/16. Today is 4/18/16 and no product in mail nor communication. I have called every single day for the last 18 days and phone is busy 24 hrs/day, 7days/week. I sent 3 detailed email with my information requesting some sort of acknowledgement but nothing. My last 2 orders, I had to call after 2 weeks to get the order going cause it was just sitting their with no one doing anything. I am not quite sure what to do now. Report them? Drive to their location hours away from me?
