beware I have been dealing with these folks for months, they contracted a moving company that destroyed most of my shipment, trying to deal with the claims process has been impossible. I keep getting kicked around from claims specialist to claims specialist trying to get thing sorted, having a photo log of the unloading process and the entirety of the damages didn't help.
