Had a great experience and will coming here yearly for all my health check ups and issues
I recently moved to New Braunfels and was looking for a provider. Went to the website and scheduled an appointment. Left some notes for my appointment . I get an email to confirm my email address. I click on the link to confirm and it has me schedule another appointment. I then get a call but missed it. I call back and all I can say is wow. Not in a good way. This place is a complete joke. I’d appreciate being contacted by corporate to discuss how poorly of an organization this is. Once upon a time place was decent. Then it turned into a doc in the box and all about the money. Current doctor there now is a joke. She doesn’t listen and doesn’t even do her charting correctly. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone. Plenty of great places to visit in New Braunfels. Sad this isn’t one of them.
Today was my first time at the New Braunfels Total Men’s Primary Care location and the staff and doctor were very polite. The doctor was very thorough and I like that!! Thank you all so much!!!
They were great and super nice !
