I've been to rushed clinics. I've been to sales focused clinics. I've been to rude clinics. I've been to stoic clinics. And then I found this one. There was a minor scheduling snafu initially, but once it was sorted out and made right, all was well. They cared about my well being. They laughed at my jokes. They took good care of me. I'd definitely recommend this place.
I’ve been a patient at Total Men’s Health in New Braunfels for years, and they continue to fail at basic care coordination. Despite clearly asking for my prescriptions to go to Walgreens, they sent them to Express Scripts instead, leaving me without my blood pressure meds before an international trip. After-hours staff told me, “We’re closed, call Monday,” which is unacceptable in healthcare. Poor communication, no accountability, and zero urgency for patient care.
Great place very knowledgeable
Went for the first time a few weeks ago for a general physical. The appointment was very quick. 15 mins in and out. I thought I’d be seeing a doctor but was just seen by a “caretaker.” Being a men’s clinic, I would have expected a male doctor who be able to do a full physical. The communication I received in the office also didn’t match the results that were sent to me via their portal, for example, I know I could lose some pounds but in the office, the caretaker said my BMI was fine but then on the reports it said I should ... read more
