My health care provider was ok, although i would have hope she'd have provided more information regarding my medical condition including resources. I was just given medicine and told to come back with no explanation of what the meds were. The front desk staff however was TERRIBLE, you walk in and they finish their conversations before they look up to address you. Multiple times I stood in silence wondering if I was in the right place because I was ignored to badly.
Very open, transparent and up front. Accurate and informative information and recommendations. Friendly staff nice comfortable waiting room. Total men’s is the first pcp clinic that I actually feel comfortable going to to get blood drawn.
