I had the Privilege of having Camille handling my call today. I had multiple questions on different areas of my coverage. She answered all my questions quickly and clearly and when there was a question I couldn't answer She made the call to check on my other coverage, telling me she would call me right back. They lied about the estimate of a month of CGM cost. They told me cost was going to be $60 a month and I would get a bill later. I didn’t receive any bill for 3 months so I supposed my insurance was covering the CGMs. 3 months later they send the first bill and they are charging me $198 for every month I had used. Worst customer service and don’t help out in resolving issue.
We are so grateful for very pleasant customer service. The supplies arrived very quickly from the time the order was placed.
