these guys are the go-to spot in the area for Volkswagen Audi and I was told that they were expanding their scope to cover other European. They just didn't really seem interested in working on a Mercedes. They had the car for days to inspect it, fix a tire, change the oil and swap the spark plugs. I found that they didn't offer me updates on the progress of the work being done. When I did communicate with them they asked questions that had already been answered and they missed some pretty basic stuff.
Have dealt with TOTAL for many years. Very happy with service, pricing and help.They do a quick check and let me know what should be serviced soon.they clean windows and greas door latches, all part of a simple oil change. Great service.
