Have used and depended on Total Mechanical for more than 20 years with complete and thorough satisfaction. Their specialization with VW and Audi allows for speedy and knowledgeable problem solving, at minimum shop costs.
Have used TMS for several services on my Audi. Very happy with their thourough and courteous service. No surprises.
Total Mechanical are great. They took care of the issue with my Miata quickly and made it as good as it came off the factory floor 36 years ago. They also noticed a "belt" problem that I wasn't aware of and took care of it at the same time. I wil definitely be back to use their services on my two other cars.
I’ve been coming here for years, will continue for simple everyday things. Very flexible, easy to book in person. My only negative is the online booking. Great for during the week, but if you see an open spot on Sat, you need to book it more than 24 hrs before the appt, it doesn’t tell you that. I booked a Sat appt at 6 pm Friday, got all the confirmation and “thx for letting us service you” e-mails but no one there for the appt and obviously no service. Word to the wise.Book ahead, you won’t be disappointed.
