Dr. Bach is a phenomenal orthopedic surgeon. He is greatly esteemed, I highly recommend him, and the results are more than satisfying. Dr. Bach will definitely fix you up. However, the customer service at the front desk is dissatisfying. The computer called me with an appointment, I called back and confirmed the appointment. Total MD. After over 3 months doing phisiotherapy at this place, I expected to be better. In the beginning I had an ok impression, however, after weeks, the quality of the service performed were no longer the same. The lack of knowledge was clear at times, and I realized that I was just one more client, not real care at all, or they would just pretend they cared.
