Dr. Bach is a phenomenal orthopedic surgeon. He is greatly esteemed, I highly recommend him, and the results are more than satisfying. Dr. Bach will definitely fix you up. However, the customer service at the front desk is dissatisfying. The computer called me with an appointment, I called back and confirmed the appointment. This facility has the worst patient customer service. They are rude when you call to request records and have been non compliant with faxing reports to my current general practitioner. I would never want to go back where the bed side manner and care is sub par. I will be reporting them on their unprofessionalism.

Debra Foley is the greatest. She is highly professional and knowledgeable. Debra is truly concerned about her patients health. She considers the whole person. She is calming and my wife and I love her. We are truly blessed to have her as our medical expert and friend.

Called for an appointment; the receptionist noted that it had been a while since I'd been to their office and stated "well, we don't want patients flip-flopping..." (going back and forth from doctor to doctor). I guess it didn't occur to her that I hadn't been back because I had a bad experience the first time? One of the factors being the rude staff?
