Iv'e been going to to this place for years and notice the inconsistency all the time and felt the need to leave a review expression-in my opinion after my last experience there. I booked an appointment for 12/14/24 for 12am I arrived at 11:45am and was told "I'll be up soon" as the stylist was Cleary busy. It hit 1:20 pm with still no acknowledgment for my 12am appointment, what makes it worse they took a customer who arrived after me, so I got up and left. Susie is the best at doing hair. She has helped my hair grow tremendously and she is willing to work with you! Oh and she is VERY affordable!
