My daughter was a bit disappointed with her initial colour but the salon was so kind as to have her back for a redo! She’s delighted with the final product! Great job Susanna!!

I was able to call and book a last minute, same day appointment with Ciara, she was fabulous. My little sister was a bit nervous and she took the time to talk to her and keep her involved the whole appointment. My sister is still talking about how great she was hours later, will for sure be back!
The staff was not very friendly. I had two appointments, nail and a mini spa treatment. I found the receptionists very unwelcoming. My appointments were a couple days apart and each day was a different receptionist. Both times, as soon as I entered I was greeted with "can I help you with something?" Not the cheery welcome, others received. I felt very uncomfortable, especially when the masseuse didn't even introduce herself. It's such a pity because the nail tech was pleasant and I actually loved my nails!
Fantastic staff that go above and beyond :) Everyone is professional, friendly and caring. I felt very light-headed after getting my ears pierced, and they took such good care of me (helped me sit down, brought over a glass of water, a cold compress, and even a protein bar!). So impressed with Total Look, thank you all again!
