Just had my first microneedling appointment with Maria and I’m beyond impressed. She made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire treatment, and my skin already feels noticeably smoother after just one session. I highly recommend her—and I can’t wait for my next visit!

worst experience with them ... first appointment they kept me waiting for 20 min and second appointment they cancel it last minute without any alternative solution.... Its a salon policy for late showing and late cancellation for customer but nothing when salon does that :|
I was able to call and book a last minute, same day appointment with Ciara, she was fabulous. My little sister was a bit nervous and she took the time to talk to her and keep her involved the whole appointment. My sister is still talking about how great she was hours later, will for sure be back!
The staff was not very friendly. I had two appointments, nail and a mini spa treatment. I found the receptionists very unwelcoming. My appointments were a couple days apart and each day was a different receptionist. Both times, as soon as I entered I was greeted with "can I help you with something?" Not the cheery welcome, others received. I felt very uncomfortable, especially when the masseuse didn't even introduce herself. It's such a pity because the nail tech was pleasant and I actually loved my nails!
