I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m shocked by the haircut I received. The stylist completely ignored my request, cutting my hair unevenly and taking off over two inches when I explicitly asked for no more than one. I had to reschedule with another stylist to fix it, only to be told that the original cut was so bad that my only option was to grow it out—which will take months. No refund was offered, and for the price they charge, the stylists should be far more qualified. I will never return or recommend this place to any... read more
